You’ll find our stores in malls, train stations and airports, plus we are currently developing a food truck and mobile container concept, as well as a high street café design
A traditional shop unit of 300-500sq foot. These units are usually more expensive in rent and to construct, but allow for a full product line up including a Gelato cabinet, coffee and potentially breakfast and sandwich offerings. These units will usually also contain seating to allow for the café concept style of Auntie Anne’s.
A well-placed kiosk is an ideal way to benefit from the footfall of customers in a shopping centre and allow for maximum exposure. A kiosk needs 100-150sq foot and the ability to have access to all the necessary utility services.
RETAIL SATELLITE UNIT (SRU)
Where there is an existing unit, either a larger kiosk or in-line store, a SRU (satellite retail unit) can be used to maximise traffic from another area of the centre or travel hub. The main store would bake the pretzels, they would be transported to the SRU and sold from there, along with a small drinks selection.
We are always looking for way to increase the Auntie Anne’s awareness and target customers outside of shopping centres, we are currently looking into food trucks and mobile container concepts. If you have any specific ideas we would be more than happy to hear these also!
